Our cuisine is the result of continuous and passionate research. We love local, seasonal and preferably organic products.

Our menu changes according to the seasons, to give space to the white asparagus of Bassano DOP, the pink onion of Bassano, the peas of Borso, the mushrooms of Brenta Valley; then there is the radicchio season, and that of broccoli of Bassano and pumpkin season, and so on.
